Become a Poolside Hero

Age Groups

Junior Lifeguard Programs are a great way to introduce the youth to lifeguarding. Our Junior Lifeguard Program is designed for kids ages 11-14 but we also provide training for swimmers 15-18

Physical Preparation

We coach and train swimmers to meet the physical requirements needed to be admitted into an American Red Cross Lifeguarding Program.

Swim 300 yards (Freestyle and Breaststroke)

Treat water for 2minutes (legs only)

Recover a 10pound object from 8ft

Mental Preparation

We provide mentorship and coaching outside of the pool to ensure our junior lifeguards understand the responsibility that comes with being a lifeguard. We ensure that participants have the mindset and attitude of an Effective Lifeguard.

In-Demand

There's a consistent need for lifeguards at pools, beaches, water parks, and other aquatic facilities. As long as people continue to swim and enjoy water activities, there will always be a job as a lifeguard.
